The AOC Côtes-du-Rhône is the regional appellation that defines in 1937 the wines produced in the whole of the Rhone Valley . The vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône "Belleruche" red cover 4 departments: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard, Ardèche. The terroir of the Domaine Chapoutier is clay-limestone, which gives the Belleruche an extraordian richness and complexity. The grapes are harvested at good maturity. The duration of the vatting is about 15 days and provides a beautiful tannic structure, which allows the aging and guarantees a good stability.

Grape variety:

Grenache, Syrah for this Rhône wine .

Rien a redire
