The Louis Jadot vineyard, 100% Chardonnay of the 1st Cru Chassagne Montrachet deploys its 2 hectares on the southern part of the Côte de Beaune , inside the "Morgeot" climate. The terroir consists of a deep earth in which marl and clay predominate. Burgundy is about 15 months old in oak barrels.
