The colour isa beautiful shade of salmon pink, and has thin and brisk champagne bubbles. Dominated by the Pinot Noir, this Champagne reveals a number of red fruit aromas with finesse, elegance and a beautiful freshness.

The after taste has a nice length that respects the raspberry and blackcurrant flavours.
