Composition and soil: Appellation contrôlée, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, is resulting from a unique vineyard in the world from its septentrional position, its oceanic and continental climate. On 2500 hectares, in a naturally irrigated chalky basement, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay flourish. 

Brut Reserve Nicolas Feuillatte, assembled from 20% of Chardonnay, 40% of Pinot Noir and 40% of Pinot meunier aged 3 years in cellar instead of the traditional15 months. 

Visual appearance: This Brut Reserve exhibits a brilliant and clear pale yellow color with silver tints. 

Aroma: This Champagne reveals a light perfume of white fruits (apples, pears) dried fruits and spices, (curry, turmeric) andopens gradually on hotter ripe fruit notes. 

Taste attributes: In mouth, Brut Reserve has a lively and frank attack, which reveals full and complex Champagne. The final, thanks to its fine bubbles, is fresh, persistent and delicately fruity.
