Composition and terroir:
The vines of the appellation Crozes-hermitage are aired by the Mistral, facing south on hillsides on granite soils of rolled stones following those of the Hermitage. The grapes are harvested manually. A party of wines is raised in oak barrels and the rest in vats to keep the fruit while having a woody touch.
