With its aromas of ripe fruits and spices, this wine is powerfull and reveals nice aromas. Balanced and full of finesse, the after taste is admirable. Very nice tannic structure for this wine with a great potential of aging.

Domain: Château Montrose

    It is in 1815 that the heather hill overlooking the Gironde is cleared and planted thanks to Etienne Théodore Dumoulin, who had inherited his father the property purchased from the Ségur family in 1778. A castle and farm buildings are constructed, the vineyard is 50 ha in 1850. Château Montrose was born.
