This is mainly Jean-Claude Ballet who developed the vineyard by purchasing the Château Jean Duguay (23 hectares of vines) and 23 years while the property consisted of ten acres in mixed farming.

Today, after installing Nathalie in 1990 who  purchased the 2nd Castle, La Caussade, the vineyard covers 49 hectares of vines, including 25 of red Graves de Vayres appellation, 7 naming Graves Vayres white, 12 red Bordeaux appellation and 5 hectares of white Bordeaux appellation.
