In Beaune, under the old city walls, is the Remoissenet Père & Fils with its winery and aging cellars dating from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.


Eddy & Howard Milstein, New Yorkers collectors passionate of French Grands Vins bought the company in 2004 and the domain currently operates 40 hectares on the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and the Côte Chalonnaise.


The domain is in favor of low yields, rational and organic viticulture with old vines..
